Bitget app withdrawal stuck on processing or under review: reading each status

A withdrawal in the Bitget app passes through several statuses before it reaches the blockchain. What each one means, how long to wait before acting, and which details to collect if you need to contact support.

You pressed Withdraw in the Bitget app, passed the security checks and closed the screen. An hour later the receiving wallet still shows nothing. Before panicking or sending a second withdrawal, open the record and read its status. Bitget tracks each withdrawal through stages, and the label tells you whether the delay sits with Bitget, with the blockchain or with the receiving side. Each stage calls for a different response, and in many cases the right move is simply to wait a little longer while checking one or two details.

Where to see the status

Open Assets, tap the history or records icon and choose Withdrawals. Each entry shows the coin, amount, network, destination address and a status. Tap the entry to see more, including a transaction ID once the transfer has been broadcast. If the record is missing entirely, the withdrawal may not have been submitted; check whether a confirmation step, such as the email code, was left unfinished.

Processing, under review and pending

Processing usually means Bitget has accepted the request and is preparing to send it. Under review means the withdrawal is held for a security or compliance check; this is more likely after changing security settings, adding a new address or making a large first withdrawal. A pending state after broadcast normally means the transaction is waiting for network confirmations. The help centre explains the current meaning of each status; for reviews, wait for an in-app message rather than resubmitting, since duplicates do not speed anything up.

Completed but not received

If the status says completed and shows a transaction ID, copy it and look it up on a block explorer for the network you used. If the explorer shows the transfer as confirmed to the correct address, the funds have left Bitget and the receiving platform is the place to ask. Some exchanges need more confirmations before crediting, and some require a memo or tag that, if missing, means manual recovery on their side. Compare the address on the explorer with the one you meant to use, character by character.

When to contact support and what to send

Contact support through the help option in the app if a withdrawal stays in review well beyond the time mentioned in any notice, if it shows failed without a clear reason, or if the explorer cannot find the transaction ID. Send the withdrawal record screenshot, the coin, the network, the amount, the destination address and the transaction ID if one exists. Never share your password, fund code or verification codes. Ignore direct messages from people offering to release a stuck withdrawal; Bitget does not do that through social media.

Scenario checkpoint

  • Open Assets, then Withdrawals, and read the status and transaction ID before taking any action.
  • Wait for an in-app message on withdrawals under review instead of submitting a duplicate.
  • Look up the transaction ID on an explorer and confirm the destination address and memo.
  • Contact support only through the app with the record, network, address and transaction ID.
